With your collateral assets, you can access the GwaySBC Platform and generate AmerG. With the help of GwaySBC’s exclusive smart contracts known as Collateralized Secure Loans (CSL). Generating AmerG is efficient on this platform with the parcel of loan added to it. This loan effectively locks the deposited collateral assets inside the CSL until it is later covered by paying back an equivalent or partial amount of AmerG.

At this point, the owner can again:

• Refinance their collateral from 120% up to 500%.

• Reimburse borrowed AmerG.

• Pay Accumulated Responsibility fee
