The AmerG Stablecoin System can be used by anyone without any restrictions or sign-up process. Exemple 1:  Elon needs a loan, so he decided to generate 1000$ AmerG. He will lock an amount of ETH or BTC worth more than 1000$ in a CSL and uses it to generate 1000 AmerG. The 1000 AmerG will be instantly sent to Elon’s Ethereum Account. Assuming that the Stability Fee is 3% per year, Elon will need 30 AmerG/12 Months = 2.5 AmerG/Month without decreasing his asset balance locked to cover the CSL. (Anyway Elon will have a grace period of 90 days for No need to worry about Responsibility fees if he doesn’t pay them back right away.)
